Want to quit smoking?

Do you smoke 10 or more cigarettes a day?
Have a psychiatric disorder that may make it even more difficult to quit?

We know it’s hard. Especially when you are also dealing with depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or another type of psychiatric disorder. By participating in this program, you will receive help from doctors at a major hospital, and contribute to the development of new treatments.

The EAGLES smoking cessation study compares three FDA-approved medications that help people who are trying to quit smoking.

If you enroll, you will meet with a doctor every week who will help you manage an ongoing strategy to successfully quit and stay that way. Three fourths of participants will also receive an approved medication that we hope will increase their chances of quitting. These doctors will also carefully monitor your health over the 24-week program.

By participating, you may not only help yourself quit smoking for good, but also help thousands of others like yourself.
